When he lifts his hand again, another line of information has been added-- or at least, it appears to have been. In a deep, emerald ink and an ostentatious script, the words I have killed hundreds of innocent people appear on at the bottom of the tag.
"There. Now we match." His mouth curves but it isn't really a smile. "Can't say I enjoy it very much, but I don't imagine that was the point. I suppose we'd have to ask the owl."
He does smirk, at this, relaxing back into his chair again. "I feel as if I'm monopolizing the conversation, which is a shame given--" He gestures at Silco's tag. "So. Killed a lot of people, likes to talk. Are you a politician?"
